If not, try the fuse that's located under the seat near the battery, even if it still looks good replace it. If still nothing, pull the spark plug out, do a compression test, check for spark, and last but not least, does it have gas?

I will try and replace the battery tomorrow, but im guessing that it should still kick start even with a dead battery. Its been kick starting great until today. So I'll try pulling the plug and seeing if there's a spark. Thanks for the advice. I'll keep in touch and let me know if you may be able to check it out this weekend if I can't get it going.

Also. I really know nothing about scooters. Where is the spark plug located?
If it don't fit, force it. If it breaks, it needed to be replaced anyway.

pull the rear plastics off (particularly the right side) and you'll see the plug wire coming off the top of the cyl head

First you need to figure out how to get all the covers off the scooter. To get to the motor. This is the most basic of tasks but I have plenty of friends that would be intimidated by the task

it struck me as funny that he said, he knows the ignition isn't the problem, and it has compression, yet he doesn't know to find a spark plug. He's not a member here, this was through facebook.
