Is there a difference in throttle cables from 85 to 86 ?

I have an 85 and just broke my cable I see on E-Bay there is up to 85 then 86-87 is there a difference ?

Most M/C shops can make cables if you get stuck.

If memory serves the '86-87 is slightly longer.
