ok my thread about my bike not going over 27 mph got locked bc someone wanted to talk about the darn president and not try to help me.

the last thing i did was pull the jug off and it has a crack in it. not very big but i can fill it w/ my finger nail. i'm sure when it gets hot it expands.
could this be the problem i'm have w/ on being able to do 1/4 throttle and nothing more b/c it falls flat on it's face?

cracked? really? that would be a definite problem regardless.

yeah. the crak isn't big at all but never the less it is there

i tried to get a pic of the crack but i just can't seem to get it to show up on the picture.

were is the crack on the jug at the top ???
is there oil on the out side of the jug ???
are you sure its not a deep scrach ???

near the middle of the jug.
didn't notice any oil on the outside.
pretty sure it's not a deep scrach b/c it has zig zags.

Do you mean the bore is scratched?
Or is there a crack through the body of the cylinder all the way through?

In the former case, a re-bore to the first oversize piston would fix. Better still, order a big-bore kit from Taz
In the second case, a new cylinder is the only remedy.

it looks like a crack bc it has some zig zags.
Taz didn't have any kits and wasn't going to be getting any in tell spring so i ordered one from daywot.

ok, i put the 66cc bbk on today, changed the fuel line and vac line, and i still have the problem.
1/4 throttel is fine but anything else she wants to die. when it starts to die if i let off the throttle it's good. also when it starts to die after a 1/4 throttle if i stay on the throttle it will pick back up and go after a couple seconds.

edit: i also have changed carbs and reed.
i haven't changed the spark plug. i'll be doing that tomorrow. although i wouldn't think that would be the problem.

This is an no brainer and I could tell you how to fix this but you are such an A-hole that it will be a cold day before I ever help you.

you couldn't help the last time and it's the same problem. you just think you know it all. if you knew as much as you thought you did, then you really could help people.
