Airbox Issues

Post by thekingof7 »

Hey fellas, another stupid question from thekingof7. I keep having an issue with the tube(boot) going from the airbox to the carb has no flex to it and pops right off during standard riding. It was one sold to me a local scoot shop. I've looked around a bit but not found to much by the way of different tube style. Does anyone have any good suggestions? Perhaps a slide over air filter? Let me know, I'd appreciate it.

-Cheers

Well I was looking more for suggestions in regards to type of air filter. I have seen some nice aftermarket ones on other sprees but I haven't been able to ask where or what type they were.

you will either have to rejet or heavily retune you carb or else you will run the risk of running to lean. Your better of getting the stock box.
