Hi everyone
I hope someone can help me. The scooter was sitting for long time so I have clean gas lines, tank and caburator.
The problem is the engine only start two or three seconds and die, the only way to keep runing is reducing air flow going into carburator by placing my fingers in the carb throat. Any ideas?
Thanks!

If the bike was sitting for a long time then you probably do not have clean gas lines, carburetor, petcock, or gas tank. All of them may be blocked up with old gas which can turn to a varnish like substance if sitting long enough. At least take apart your carb and clean, clean, clean. Same old story to hundreds of posts.

Your idle jet's still plugged. Reclean until you get pressurized cleaner through it.
