Is there anyway to hot wire or start an electric start by going straight to the starter or somewhere else on the moped?

what i was trying to say is "how can you test your starter to see if it is good or not"

The starter motor?? Prolly just take it out and hook it to a battery...

TURN KEY ON AND MANUALLY CLOSE POINTS ON STARTER RELAY. IF IT SPINS, IT WORKS AND THAT WOULD TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE A BAD CONNECTION SOMEWHERE ELSE IN THE STARTING CIRCUIT.
