Is this the right piston for this cylinder?

I wish I had a dio piston so I could measure it and help you out. I'm betting that the piston is too tall from the pin to the crown, so the timing is off by a bunch. I would have a look a the the piston with the head off and turn the motor over by hand. You will be able to see if its the wrong piston really quick, because the ports won't be completely open, especially the exhaust port.
