From reading the documents I think it might be an air leak, but I wanted a second opinion. I just bought a spree and cleaned the carb up, it starts right up. However, acceleration is pretty slow from 0-12 mph, once it hits 12 it will take off up to about 30. Is there anyway to make it accelerate alittle quicker on the low end? Or is it an air leak causing a bad take off?

Sounds like a muffler issue or clutch. Check clutch pads for wear, muffler for condition and seal to head.
