Disc brake for a aero?

Just wanting to know if anyone knows how to put disc brakes on a 85 aero 50 or if there's a kit for it? Also I've seen in the forum and I can't remember where someone showing where to drill the stock exhuast. Can someone tell me what forum it's in and page? Also I'm having a problem when turning the kick stand hit's the ground. What is the tallest tire that will fit my stock rim.
