After the BBK modification my engine, when hot, sounds like an engine with displaced timing and poor performance.
Verified carb, adjusted mixture many times, replaced CDI, replaced plug with an BPR8hs but problem remains.
With throtle at 50% (40Km/h) it seems that I've and advanced timing spark or double spark.
Any idea where to look for the problem?

Need your help, Im decided to try a good Malossi BBK (or any other good manufacturer) on my NE50 engine AF05E (Honda Vision 86-90 in Europe).
The BBK installed gives me a lot of power but a lot of tunning problems (auto-ignition when hot is allways present).
What's the best BBK size for those nice AF05E engines and Malossi/Polini/any other P/N ?
