Nice clean up, the ct can use a lot of porting on the down turn.

Match up that little triangle in the port with the other side .Is this a stroker ? Them some big ports .

top left in your first pic and bottom right in your second pic .where the base gasket sits the looking down into the cases the port windows have sharp corners stator side is open intake side is half blocked.

What cylinder kit do you plan on running? Your port job is looking top notch very clean ct. But like Pauly said make sure you smooth out that little triangle will cause a lot of blockage for air and fuel movement.

Is a two parts marine epoxy + high temp fiber glass fabric
used for 2 stroke engine on

Jbweld dont work with gas n oil
