I bought a af16 engine and apparently needs new reeds. It has a ct manifold. Where would I source these ? And are they special to the manifold and reed block? Any help would be great. Sorry I'm a noob.

There is a set of boyesen reeds you can use in the ct cage as well. Any reeds that fit a km65 should fit as it's the same cage. Only like $30 shipped on eBay

I'm taking some notes also. His user name says 8 scoots. It just could be he has been a member here in the past......no matter, I like that he contributes something. Unlike a few who seem to only show up when their meds have been refilled.....lol.

I installed a set of Boyesen Pro Series Carbon / glass dual stage reeds (pro 139 I believe) and they for perfectly on my Naraku reed cage. Just like they were made for it. There are pics on my build page if needed.

I am sure that those Stage 6 reeds are great. The product looks to be very well designed and of high quality. Moto Tassinari designed/built them for S6 so you know they are good. I simply went with the Boyesen to save a little scratch.
