question about airbox... does it hurt performance.... I'm running a uni filter but want to run the oko air box because of the stock look.. they say need to lean out air screw or or down jet to run.. it causes less air in turn less power... can't be that bad right?

More then one members have done over 70mph using the oko air box so I don't think it hurts performance. It will be slightly different jetting then a uni filter as it's not quite as free flowing.

I heard it is called a ( kuka airbox )
and there is one called a ( ddx airbox ) with only one slit on the bottom
which I heard is really hard to find

I personally don't see any ill effect on performance with it

Greetings:

That whole box is open on the outside. The thin foam doesn't restrict much, and it has about the same surface area, so I personally think it flows at least as well as a UNI. It also has that short (and short-Lived...) connector pipe that acts as a velocity stack. Flash had some other changes, but got its best 71+ MPH shortly after that OKO box was installed. It's tricky to fit however. I heat-gunned the grommet section to give it a little angle on 2 planes. This allowed me to line up the connector pipe to the carb mouth with the box securely bolted with a spacer to the crankcase. See somewhere in the Flash 6 thread.

I put it on today... It is louder then my uni filter... Looks better but way louder ... even idle seems louder ... It is like its echoing the sound of the carb ... Might put my uni filter back on lol
