Maybe your belt is slipping or your clutch springs are tired and are engaging too quickly, not allowing the motor to make a little power before it grabs?

Does it feel like an engine problem or a drivetrain problem?

it seems like an engine problem. the engine was actin up realy bad i changed the cdi i think its called and stoped the old problem now i have no take off power and yet when im moving it seems to take realy long to get up to speed. its also not going as fast as it was. it doesent loose speed going uphill thogh. sometimes when i go to take off it seems to wanna stall then gets up and starts to go

I wish I could be of more assistance. If you find you need a part, please think of me.

i did not get the airfilter because the one that was in it is practicly bran new still. the box is completly sealed. and btw now it when i go to start it when its not warm it wont start for like 5 minits. and then it cuts out at speed and bogs down and the spedo cable i just put on a month ago broke today
