Honda elite corsa jetting issues

I have a 95 Honda elite with noruku intake boysen reeds 24mm oko and a windjammer pipe. I'm wondering what jetting u guys are running so I have an idea what jets to buy I currently have a 40 pilot and a 130 main airmax screw 1 1/2 turns out needle in the middle and it's kinda hard to start and when I rev it it bogs a little bit and it takes a long time for it to idle back down to the idle rpm thx for any input in advance guys

I dunno, Graphie. 40 sounds pretty small, and the problems are in the low end. Try a 45 and see if that's overshooting .

The gearing is 9:1 the tans setup is 7k stall naraku (spelling) clutch 2k centra and 8 gram rollers I didn't get the pipe yet it currently has a pg short

Have you pressure tested engine after assembly. No amount of jet changes will cure leaking crank seals or gaskets. Should hold 6psi for 15 minutes. Your hanging idle is a symptom of a vacuum leak. You should be mid to upper 40 range on pilot jet.

It did have a leaky exhaust but no didn't pressure check it either gonna try that today too I just put it together
