Getting a new key OR repairing original key for Honda Spree

So, had a little fender bender and during it my leg hit the key while it was in the ignition, my jeans got caught on it and the key bent in a nearly 50 degree angle.

Luckily the key still works, bit who knows for how long. I need a spare made anyway so now's a good time as ever.

Should I just go to a lock smith and have them do it? Or could I get a key from a Honda dealer if I give them the VIN?

I wonder if I could get someone to repair the bent key as well. I don't dare try bending it back into shape, it'll definitely crack in two.
I know some things made from metal can be heated and ever so gently be "bent" back into shape. It may be worth looking into.

Any advice? I don't want to take the scooter out for rides until I know I have a key that won't break off in the ignition.

UPDATE: Talked to my grandpa and told him I needed him to look at the key, after I told him about my fender bender. He already knew it was bent before I told him hahaha. He knows how to fix keys and says he's fixed worse. So I'll try that first and get my spares made in the coming weeks of September or October. I have to get a stronger ac than the one I have now as it's ridiculously hot here. That's the top priority besides the other problem my Spree is having.

I got a blank key from Honda dealer.
I had the original and always cut spares
I took it to ace hardware to get cut.

Take the bent key to your local honda powersports dealer. They will have Honda key blanks in stock, and can punch you a new key to match your lock if your old key is an original key and still has the key code stamped on the key. Otherwise get a blank at Honda and take it and the bent key to Walmart or any hardware store and have it duplicated. Optionally, take your bent key to any locksmith and they will make you a new key, but the blank will be generic and won't have "Honda" moulded into it.

There's an Ace right down the street from me. Sounds perfect! Thanks!
