Spree/elite 50 swap, back tire turns over motor

Hello everyone! I finally got my Spree road worthy after many attempts. I swapped in a SA50 variated motor... What a difference! I rode to work and back today. My ride this AM was great (though she was trying to idle a little high) but when I got home the back tire seemed like it was locked up and when I turn it it turns over the motor... Would this be a clutch issue? Any ideas?

I pulled the bell housing off and things spin free but when I put it back on something isn't spinning freely.
