transplanting dio motor into modern frame (thinking kymco)

Hey, has anyone here transplanted a 2 stroke motor into a 4 stroke scooter?
Im wondering what kind of trouble im looking into.
I have a couple dio style motors and was thinking of looking for a kymco to put it in but i don't think they sold the dio moter'ed version here in canada (kymco ZX) the agility 50 looks to have the same underside mounted system (or even a gy6 50 machine)
just looking for a disk front rolling chassis to more or less test vert honda 2 strokes in.

I've seen guys put minarelli motors on ruckus' before. It shouldn't be a big deal, just gonna have to wire up a new cdi I imagine, and you'll have to premix, but shouldn't be hard to do.
