I want to replace all of the bearings in my transmission for my up coming build.
What are the part numbers?
Does anyone have any cross referenced numbers that I can get from a good bearing supplier? What about a picture/parts manual with them all in it?
Last but no least, how about the seals that go on the axle?
Thanks.

Re: AF18/AF16e Transmission Bearing Part Numbers
The Honda parts fiche has all part numbers as well as generic replacement numbers (62xx series for bearings in the transmission)NZHonda wrote:I want to replace all of the bearings in my transmission for my up coming build.

For tech info and online sales here's some links, but there's many other sources. Locally you may have some excellent suppliers.
Timkin - online bearing spec data
VXB - online bearing sales
The seal dimensions are listed in the parts fiche as 'seal id, seal od, thickness' - eg '17x30x5'Last but no least, how about the seals that go on the axle?

An old thread but I didn't need new bearings until now for my DJ1R 125cc stroker project. This thread serves as a great reference for anyone changing there bearings and seals. In the end Paulpauly7 pulled the bearings out and had them matched but they are as follows: (Note single bearing transmission cover)
Bearings:
6203LLU QTY2
6201LLU QTY1
6202LLU (sealed) QTY1
Seals:
17 x 30 x 5mm QTY1
24 x 40 x 7mm QTY1
Turns out the small 17x30x5mm was harder to get. Most engineering shops had x7mm not x5mm.
Should run very smoothly when it's all back together.
