Scooter Tires, 10": Able to Remove/Install DIY?

Post by illuminance »

I have a Spree with the stock 2.50-10's. I need to replace the tires. The shops want $20 each just to remove/install MY rubber. Seems crazy-high. Is there a way to do it yourself? Can it be done with some tire irons or something? I don't really care about balancing them. Not when top speed is only 25mph. Any suggestions appreciated.
