Some lights on spree aren't working

So I just got my spree running. I tested out the horn, blinkers, and lights. My problem is that only the red tailight and license plate light along with the horn and headlight work. The blinkers don't work. Any ideas on what could be wrong? Anything helps. Thanks (Edit) All the dash lights work except the turn signal light
