Gyro RH crankshaft bearing

The Honda RH crankshaft bearing is NLA and I can't even find NOS on ebay:
BEARING, RADIAL BALL (16004) (KOYO)
(old #) 91005-GM8-004
(new #) 91005-GM8-003
I have seen posts where people say it's not a standard 16004 bearing. Any truth to that?
