Hello all,

Back again.

Checked spark, fired with every stroke.

Cleaned carb again, carefully reinstalled.

Vacuum line works. I suck on it and gas runs through the supply line.

Airbox is unchanged, tried to clean it.

Oil in oil line.

Battery at 12.6 volts.

Carb is set for 1.5 turns out from seated on top screw and 1 7/8 for bottom screw.

Any thoughts?

I tried injecting a couple MLs of gas into the throttle slide as well.

New gas wasn't it.

How does sparkplug look after a bunch of cranks...wet or dry? It wont even cough so Im leaning towards fuel or spark.

Sat overnight with the new gas in it. This morning I went to check the plug after seeing your reply. Plug looked wet when ripping the starter. Then I heard a sputter of the engine wanting to turn over. Kept at it and injected fuel into the throttle slide. Then it fired up and has been.

It throttles high on start, then when its warm it calms down

Your use of the phrase "turn over" can be confusing to readers.
We aren't sure if the engine is spinning, not spinning, or what.
When you say "won't turn over", the implication is that the engine is NOT spinning.

The first post has a video of the engine not 'turning over'. I wanted to post an update video of the spree running for fun. The second video, the spree did 'turn over'.

I apologize for the confusion, I'm still a newb.

The second video shows the engine turning over, firing, and running.
When the engine won't spin, it's not "turning over"
