Running like crap

My spree hesitates then bogs down. Please help, I have tried everything with the same results. I tune the carb and take off for a ride, after a block or so it just looses all power and starts to sputter.
What I’ve done:
Compression 116-120
New Chinese carb
I’ve tried 3-4 rebuilt factory carbs
New air cleaner
New spark plug
Tried cutting off exhaust which actually worked but super loud
Put new used muffler which I can blow through/suck easy
New Chinese CDI and coil
New premium gas
New oil
New fuel check valve/filter

Problem remains. I have now put everything back to stock, rebuilt carb, CDI, coil, air tube/box/filter, new spark plug. I have 3 sprees and they all seem to have the same issue. Any help would be much appreciated!!! 😢🤬😡

You mention everything except the ONE thing that is PROBABLY giving you trouble.......petcock.
Certainly sounds like a fuel-delivery problem.
Not sure what you are calling "check valve"
You also say "Cutting off exhaust"....don't do that.

So I’m referring to the check valve in the fuel tank. It has a filter on it. There are 2 lines that come out of it. One is fuel one is vacuum which allows fuel to flow when the engine is running. When I disconnect the 2 lines at the carb and apply vacuum to the one line fuel flows freely. There are no other parts to the fuel system. I have replaced the part anyways with a oem Honda valve/filter. I am getting a good fuel supply to the carb. I’ve even used a plastic bottle with a line direct to the carb, same issue.

Sprees don’t have a pitcock.

This parts diagram disagrees.

Is the air filter secured tightly? I've ridden around, had it come loose, and caused it to run poorly. Might need to zip tie it down

Yes it’s a new filter in a good solid box. The tube to the carb is as it should be. But it doesn’t matter, if I take all that stuff off it will run great at first then just losses power sputters for a while and dies.

I went through a whole list of things I’ve done at the start of this thread, none of these things had any effect on the problem

Maybe the gas cap vent is plugged
