Way too Fast!

I just got the Spree running with a entire can of carb cleaner! (thanks Jerry).
Ok.. the only thing is that the back tire is racing out of control... I tried to adjust the speed screw-- but it just kept running fast...
Any Help Here?>

Sounds like you are either adjusting the wrong screw or your throttle valve is either stuck or not in correctly.

right, the throttle valve fits in the wrong way also and holds it at wide open.pull it out and turn it 180 degrees.(when u put it back in make sure it covers the hole,looking through the air intake side)

Thanks guys -- I realize now that when you put the throttle valve in -- it shouldn't be hard to do... The line in the back of the valve was a good guide once i shine a flashlight on it...
Worked perfectly.!
