Remove muffler, use impact gun to remove rim.
remove valve core from tube
step on tire to break bead and remove tire
replace tube once agian remove valve core
install tire, get it on the rim halfway (one side on) stuff in tube (make sure its in pretty stright)
lube uninstalled side of tire with soapy water
use palms of hands to press the tire on
roll it around with your weight on it a couple revolutions to seat everything

I am not a mechanic, nor do I play one on TV. Actually my advice is probably worth slightly less than what you pay to view it.

I may be wrong... It might be a 10" wheel. All I know is that its tiny. My offroad tires are as tall as my moped. Kinda scary, wouldn't want to be hit by one..jonsteffen wrote:13" tire on elite? Oh wait, tire, not wheel....my bad.
