Honda Spree and Elite 50 Forums

Can't seem to get more than two years out of a battery. What spec should I look for in a battery to get the most for the buck? Unless I have a full charge my starter won't engage so I need to do something different or is this a sign of a bad starter?

Second, does anyone have experiences with automatic float chargers and, if so, can you recommend one? Ebay has a ton of one type for about $15.00. Wondering if these will last?
