this product seems to be well liked by members. my spree only has 400 miles and runs pretty good. is seafoam something that I could use as a preventative additive? or is it more for breaking up problem build up after 1000s of miles?
are there any negative side effects to using seafoam. i'm not talking about cancer or extra arms
how much in the gas tank per .5 gal? the sticky post says a teeny tiny amount in the oil tank? can anyone quantify a teeny tiny amount for me.
any rants about seafoam???
thanks,
p

I agree with Kenny. In the gas is good. In the oil not so good. I am however a fan of Seafoam and use it in all my 2 and 4 stroke gas tanks and that is a lot of tanks.Kenny_McCormic wrote:I wouldn't put any in my oil but if you must a teaspoon MAX! Cap ful at every fill up helps keep the carbon buildup down and varnish out of the carb.
