My #65 jet came in last night, swaped it out for the #68 that the spree came with but unfortunately, no difference. With the 65 in and the air box top screwed and clipped in tight, there's no power to the Spree. It runs, just no power.
But, if I loosen the airbox lid so there's just a little space showing, the Spree runs great and I can tear up and down the street @ 50km/hr.
Any other suggestions on what I'd need to check so I can close up the airbox and still have her run with power? Not a big deal since I can at least ride it, just curious what the problem could be.
Thanks everyone,
Steve
Changed #68 jet to #65 - still runs poorly

You may still be running to rich. Fuel could be coming from the bystarter and therefore giving you crappy performance until you lean out the mixture by letting more air in.
Could also be a bad/clogged air filter and or clogged inlet tubes on the airbox.
