Sprees been sitting awhile, fresh gas and oil are in it. I cleaned the carb and air filter, put in a new plug and I have spark but I can't get the engine to fire. I tried putting a little gas in the cylinder and it still wont fire. I've tried the kickstarter and electric start. Kill switch is on run too! Any suggestions.

Make sure your tubes work, suck on the lower one and the upper one should have gas come out. Make sure the intake bowl has fuel (attach top tube, suck lower one for 30 seconds). Check compression to see if your spree has enuf to pull the gas through the tubes. Other then that *shrug* it should be working. Hmm you have spark... and you put gas in the cylinder... there should at least be somthing. :?:

Fuel, air, fire. If you have spark and fuel, it should at least kick over a couple times. Check your compression, it should be between 115 and 90 PSI, much lower and it won't fire. Do you have the correct plug?
