I saw "Proper Air and Fuel Screw Adjustments": no

I found under the technical documents section "Proper Air and Fuel Screw Adjustments" but I didn't see the factory settings for the 1983 Honda Aero 40 listed there. Would it be the same as for the '84-'85 listed on that post or not? If not, does anyone know the proper factory settings? My scoot has been bought and sold several times over and i'm almost positive they are way too far unscrewed from the looks of them.
