got it running but not good.

ok so my problem now is that it will idle but it will like speed up and slow down. it will idle like tht on the stand but when i get on it to go i have to have the back tire spinng. and then it will go then when i let off and hit the throttle agian it dies . i know its carb reALETED SO WHAT COULD IT BE.

and the onlyand wheni hit the back break it will die way it will idle is if the back wheel is spinnig. so whats casuing it to do this its not idling at the normal speed so whayt causes this

nad also wheni pull the fuel line it just flkow out gas im pretty shure it shoudlnt be doing this. could it be flooding

The bowl float would keep it from flooding, so that even if the fuel valve is broken it should still be fine.

It does sound like it is carb problem, if it cannot sustain idle, with the screws set per service manual, then you have to clean the carb. If it dies on full throttle and the bystarter is ok, it is an air filter or clogged main jet.

the by starter is broken the stem that was on it broke off, but i thought i read that tht didnt matter as long as it was not leaking

The exhaust could be partially clogged. Unhook the muffler and see if it runs. If it does pull the muffler and clean it, you can tap the side and flush it with water as long as you run it immediately afterwards to dry the muffler out.
