I don't think the two engines share any parts. Head gasket maybe?

Is the eXpress SR a variated Engine?

Dude Swap in a dio!

Spree head doesn't cool as well its designed to work with a fan and shroud.
Your better off milling the stock head for more compression or better yet using a Hobbit or Derbi head.
The Derbi has a slightly different bolt spacing but its easy to mod to work... I did 3 of these heads for guys and its the best cooling head option for the express/hobbit.

That the stock Urban Express front end with the bars cut way down.... just a lot of express odds and ends tossed together

I really like your Express/dio build... looks like something that would come out of my shop

This is the Head I use if your running the 70cc kit...

Looks like they are out of stock right now... email Benji and see if he can get you one.
I just put it in the mill and very slightly move the mounting holes to fit the Honda pattern... would do it for the cost of shipping.. not a big deal at all

Both are nice conversions! I especially like the bobber/cafe look.

i got the polini cylinder in, almost done with the 22mm lifan carb/ manifold welded up. got the reed upgrade and ev exhaust.

i was gonna put lighter weights in the variator and a wider belt??? or can any other variator fit thats larger??? or can anyone show me the proper variator mod!!! there are so many diffrent ways?? some look to be wrong!!! also anything else that will help with over all engine performance that i might have missed. :coolcruise:
