Both bore kit are are good from italy!

Malossi is good, has thicker exhaust flange, boost port only is litter bigger, Has more power than polini corsa!

The malossi aluminum 72 will blow away the polini corsa any day and night!.. :geekdance:

Only this about malossi , block need to match boost port. You can run malossi bore only, Cast or aluminum.

The good pipe to run is PG long or v8 pipe, Not the chrome looking pipe!

so the malossi kit is more for a af18 than af16? polini kit requires no boost port matching correct?

Yes. There is the malossi street cast bore which is like a polini contessa and the malossi mhr rep which is like a corsa. The only good thing about a polini corsa got going is that its a cast iron bore so if you seize and need to rebore to an oversize piston you can with ease.the mhr is aluminum with a nikasil coating so re boring is way more difficult and costly. They both are good brands and it comes down to which you prefer or can get cheaper.

depends if noise is going to be an issue. if the noise is not an issue, scorpion exhaust for 72cc,polini sport, malossi sport, arrow,pg long. if you want it a bit more quite but you loose a little performance,v8 mufffler can style,28mm exhaust from jiangwayne ,pg typhoon,pg stainless.

Greetings:

I keep getting advice to "get an Arrow" or "get a Scorpion". Alas, when I google such exotica I hit Zilch, Zip, Nada.

Where are the sources for these treasures?

And who's got that kind of money, anyway? :(

Since arrows are NLA (as far I know), those require the hookups and the $$$ (like sanjuro ;))

Scorpions on the other hand and currently produced and fairly easy to find all over Hawaii... it is a bit more expensive than your average pg long though :P
In 2040 they say we're going away

NLA no longer available. See if sanjuro wants to sell his.your looking at around $400to$500 new. Used still around $350 in good shape. The scorpion goes for around $250 new. Scooter alley in hawaii brings those in. The only problem is they don't ship to anywhere.even the outer island guys have to go to honolulu to get it or have someone go buy it and mail it to them.they don't want to biuld a website and to lazy to pack and mail things out.to them its to much of a hassle. I already asked that's how I know.
