Greetings:

The Keli is a good $40 vario. The Polini sells sor a lot more, and is arguably a bit better.
If you're happy with tge Keli, and it's all tuned in, the hassle factor of fine-tuning the Polini should be considered in your decision.
The Polini "for Ruckus" needs case surgery to install, but is probably about the best you can get.

The Polini for elite 50 requires no cutting. It is a better variator than the Keli IMO. If the Polini is in good condition, I would do it. Does it come with everything in the overange kit?

I'm pretty sure this needs a lil cutting,, soo i can put the polini and not have to worry about the rear clutch or belt?

Correct, when swapping in the Polini for Elite 50, the only thing you need to change from your stock setup are the roller weights.

If the case needs cutting, you do not have the Polini for Elite 50.

Greetings:

The only time you need a longer belt (and it's also wider) is if you change the REAR pulley. ZX spec is 654 x 18 x 30.

Or if you are working on a non-variated motor
