gas tank mod?

Anyone have a good fuel tank mod? I only get 30mpg on my scoot so that's bout the whole tank. Running 100 octane at 32:1 is hard to come by on the road so I'm limited to only 15 mile one way trip. I am using oil tank as a little extra tank but need something bigger... was thinking maybe another elite tank under the seat. Not sure if that's to safe so close to the hot engine... any ideas or comments??

Wow that one is $126 plus shipping.. for that much I'll ride around with a gas can between my legs..

May not look that kewl but on the backroads it is a lot better than running out of gas. Since its premix I figure if I run out of gas I run out of lube and I dont feel comfortable letting that happen
