Okay back onto these rollers. I am going to do some testing and see how these work. What weight are the daytona rollers?

Here are a few pics. I will try to get some in production once they prove worthy. I will be sending some beta sets to a few lucky folks once I do.

With all your metal shop tools and skillz, it should be reasonable to setup that joe dirt disk brake you are working on.

Seriously though, I'd like to get some of your rollers please. Let me know of the cost.

Have you thought of making something like the Polini rollers?
What of trying to replace the rubber/plastic part that covers the metal part with this material?
In this way, you'd just need is to do the rubber/plastic part and just replace that instead of the whole thing?
Would this lower your cost? Or would it be harder to cast? I have no idea and you would know better than I.
Just giving you some food for thought. It might be easier and economically viable to do it the way that you are doing it already.

That's great idea..

well so far I have out about 80 miles on my new rollers.. There is no visible wear yet, and I don't expect any soon. My current load weight is 40.9 grams It seems to be pretty good for acceleration. Top speed is about 58mph so far what weight do you guys use?

So then would a set of 6.5's work the same for you, or is the combo of 6's and 7's needed?

those 6's and 7's are used with a 2k center and 125cc stroker, and scorpian pipe.

Do you think I would want to have slightly less weight in my superman motor I got from you since I weight around 190?

P.s. I bought a bunch of material to start pumping these rollers out yesterday!

The roller weights and center springs work together.

Lighter spring = lighter weights

are you racing or daily driving?

Daily driving, no drags around here yet. If I set it up for racing would it not be fun around town?
