Vote up above, as far as what you'd want to pay and what you'd want to get. This is something I've been puttering with for awhile. It won't take much more work to knock out several of these if I have to build one.

I thought Dallasmysterycrew was going to take this on, but I haven't seen anything from him for awhile now, so who knows where he is on this project....

this is kind of off topic, but if someone wants to use the pb chamber in its stock form here is something to be aware of. I put one of these on my express and found the pb header pipe extended 2" into the chamber! No wonder the Pocket bike had a strange growl to it and would not rev up cleanly. The chamaber works very well and upped my top speed. The header pipe of the express fit perfectly snug into the pipe of the chamber so I drove the bike ith the chamber slid on and got to mess with the header length to get it where i had decent results then weld weld weld

Wow, this is an old topic.

You've got the right idea. Spree are a little harder in that you need to cut and weld the chamber around the fan assembly. I made a few copies of chambers with shirt cardboard and trialed a few cuts until I got one that worked... was the right angle and length.

Otherwise, it's just as you describe.

I've had a few ppl contact me about exhausts since. My issue is that I no longer actually own a Spree to weld them up... I'd actually need to build a jig. I have 1/2 of a Spree longblock left, an old jug, fan cover... I'd need to assemble up the rest of the pieces... I think I'm just missing the Spree exhaust side of the case.

Tell you all what. If you can get 5 ppl together that want pipes I'll make up a batch. Same price, same deal. You need to send me a downpipe. And between you all, someone needs to find me an exhaust side Spree case.

Ok, I've got a line on a Spree block... I'll need to pull together the parts to make sure I've got everything else.

Everyone got downtubes from a stock exhaust? I don't think I have any of those left.
