I have a 120cc dio stroker motor.

54mh bore
52.6 pg crank
33 kehin carb
Zx trans and clutch with 2000 center and 4000 clutch springs
Kelly pulley and Daytona ramp
6.5 gear ratio


Do u guys know what kind of jets I should be running and weights? Thanks

Ok thanks man. Oh yeah I'm also running a 110cc ap gdash pipe. It's similar like a scorpion pipe. Also do u what weights I should be running

You run a Keli vari on your zx trans? You won't get max. mph like that. You may want try a ruckus vari so that belt can climb up and go deeper on your rear pulley. Warning: that size pulley will hit the inside of the case. Cut out enough around bendex shield area to make clearance.
Your rollers will depend on the power band of your set up. You gotta find that first and tune to it. Start w/3x5g and 3x4.5g those scorps like the light weights. If it's too much rev, go up to 6x5g and so on.....Rock-it!

Thanks bones. Yes I have my case shaved out for the belt. I just switched out to 1500 center spring and with 6x5.5 weights. I'm also running a Daytona ramp with polini guides. I did about 70 mph on about a 1/8-1/4 stretch. I don't know if I'm doing anything wrong. I weigh 260 pounds

Keep tuning. What is max temp? Do you just run on drag strip only? Gear ratio? How is take off?

Max temp is 384. I have a 142 jet. Also I just roll on 25mph and gas it. I want better top end

Yea, What belt is on it? You would like the largest vari you can get for it. That is a cast iron bore, I think I would go see someone like N4S for some porting work. Have you tried running e85 yet? :naughty:
Your temps is good so jetting is pretty close for fuel you are running now.

Oh, so you were on here 2 years ago having similar problems only now you got 54mm instead of 51mm bore. How come you have not learned how to adjust your set up yet?
Why don't you read up a little on these forums and see if that helps you. We are only guessing because you have symptoms that could be caused by any number of things. Who built your new motor?
