What type of Oil do you run and what muffler type?
If your mufflers clean.....I hate to say sounds like Piston/Cyl damage...Oil injector (pump) out?

Auctually i put my old bore in, and it does same thing. Not the piston then. Compression is awesome.

Leak

Post by jeremydde »

Check for an air leak in the intake system. Try using a propane torch that's un lit and aim it at the intake gaskets around the reed and the carb to see if the engine speed changes at all. If so then you found your problem.
