can you buy cortessa rings seperate?

Im going to be buying a big bore kit pretty soon. But i was wondering, down the line if i need new rings or a new piston, am i just S- O- L, or can you buy them seperate? anyone know?

you can buy them on ebay.

i think vt might also have rings.

No such thing as a cortessa, there is the corsa and the contessa.
I am not a mechanic, nor do I play one on TV. Actually my advice is probably worth slightly less than what you pay to view it.

one more question, whats the reason you can't use a sa50 dio bore kit on an se50. I thought i remember people mentioning it, with some work. Any info on this?

wont fit.

it just wont.

you could take the crank case apart, and mill it, in theory it would work. but thats alot of work for a SE50.
