But guess how much a set is going to run you????

$50?

$100?

$200?

NOPE WRONG!

$400!!!

There are some knock off ones for about....150 a set? I saw them on ebay. Also...JDM rims are front disc brakes...so you can only use the back wheel. Unless you do the disc brake conversion.

Now for the porno graphic material.

Daytona! You need a hub to fit these bad boys on.

There are a good hand full of other style rims...but very rare and hard to get. Like the Daytonas, but even with these other rare and hard to get rims...you need to get a adapter hub.

you will find more info Here. But a fare waring, the site im linking you is nothing but bad grammar and bad spelling. But! i do see rims and disk brake setups on there time to time, you will have better luck there.
But dont think its going to be a cheap slap together, its going to cost you some major money for some different style rims.

Also, welcome to this site.
This site is much more information based then the one im linking you. That forum is more of a chit chat place. this forum is all about helping you to build the best bike you can.

To answer you question about the disc brake conversion... It's a chop and weld thing.

What most of the guys in hawaii do is get a chopped up front end of a "dio" and weld it on to their set-up. I've seen other use a different make and model for their donor bike and chop and weld.

All in all...you can't just swap the front forks and stem into your elite.
