Re: jet size for my 72 cc big bore kit
Greetings:
I briefly went through this tuning process with Flash III. With the stock box and a well-oiled filter, I was running quite rich with a high-90s jet. I went all the way down to an 88 with the V8 pipe. However I recommend you start where Mookie suggests and verify on your own bike. Watch the temp gauge (you have one, don't you? ) or pull that plug often to check.

Wheelman,
Where did you get your cylinder head temp gauge?
Thanks,
Nathan

I lucked into mine on eBay. It came from an ex-BMW bike dealership for $25. It's an analog VDO and gets the job done but I'd get a TrailTech Vapor if I could afford it.

Re: jet size for my 72 cc big bore kit
well did some tuning on my scooter today and came to find out the 88 jet is real close a tad rich but that is ok .
summer is over and this winter i plan on buying a pipe so i will leave it alone and break it in on the rich side for now .
the plug color is on the dark brown side when i pulled it out so i know im safe
