Look in Limp1944's posts for links to installation, etc. Not all his assertions are supported by later facts, but as they say,
"Parts is Parts". Tuning is the greater determinant of success than initial quality of manufacture.

Re: rumia 51 mm big bore kit
better off with 47-48mm kit for daily/street riding, as far as long term reliability goes
but for max cc gains on stock crank without stroking, the 51 kits pack a nice punch
I should be stocking both kits soon I hope, and will help with tuning advice

Re: rumia 51 mm big bore kit
Greetings:
Not Ruima, but VT has a couple of 50mm cylinders for SA16:
http://www.vtcycles.com/vtc_plugins/zog ... =52&cat=11
The cylinder skirts on the 51 approach critically thin, but some have reported good results. For whatever peroformance increase 1mm brings, it might be safer to go with 47-50 for durability. VeeDubh has recently asserted that the 47mm Corsa is very hard to beat, whatever larger bore you select.

I should be carrying Ruima parts pretty soon. As an alternative MRP offers a 48mm cast iron Dio style big bore kit which is very similar, check it out in the Dio parts section

Re: rumia 51 mm big bore kit
Some big bore kit are not bolt on, Need to porting on on the case. Just beware by looking at base gasket.
2 bolt on bore kits are contesta and corsa. No case mod need!
here are some pics you need to decide.
50mm taiwan cylinder. stock honda base gasket is block boost port.
stock gasket has mark by black pen. need to cut boost port, block air travel.
this is stock block untouch.
taiwan 50mm piston -cylinder jug.
here is the base gasket, there are 3 lines by blk pen. need to do case work.. Once the case is cut, then cant go back, just have to run 72cc malossi bore.
Polini contesta 72cc is very good street bore kit and reliable. Ready to bolt on. Must run good synthetic oil. 32:1 premix. Corsa is for racing bore and very fast!, bolt on
