That is the j pipe. I am talking about the 28mm sectional. A 32mm is too big for your setup.

No, that is an expansion chamber pipe. I am talking about the sectional v8. It looks just like the pipe in your ebay links except it is 1/8th smaller.

im going to try and fit a single wire adjustable throttle cable myself, can i do the part of connecting the cable to the carb before connecting the other end to the throttle?

it is easier to screw the cable into the throttle housing then thread it down the front and back to the carb

Fit my throttle cable and got about 70mph out of my scooter on some long, flat road!

how can i tell if my speedo cables broke completely? its randomly stopped working, it had came out at the speedo end but i put it back in n still nothin? if it is broken wheres the cheapest website to get one?

Go to your sym dealer I doubt there is an aftermarket one. Or get a used one from some wreckers!
