no this is a CT Manifold, BTW dont buy it seperately unless you can get a deal on a carb, air filter, and throttle cable. it is often cheaper to get a kit that has everything FYI

there is on one thing that will get you were you want to go .. and to get the speed i thing your looking for its not cheep and the up keep on it is not cheep ether and you will not get back the money to put in it to get the speed you want ... there are toys to some of use or you cood say a
money pit.. you are better off saving you money for your real bike then spending it on the moped ... if you deside not to Liston to me or other and build it you shod look at

you may be better off looking to by a used proven motor on here ...
