I already have 24mm oko if i put anything bigger than a 90 it just bogs down. I tried the 105 jet but that backfired and ran like crap. I was running before hand a 82 jet on 80cc tiawon bore. I dont know why its so low.
The plug looks good running a 86 perhaps even a little rich. I need to get my hands on a temp gauge to be sure.

torque cam is a good upgrade the boost bottle isnt gonna help on a cvt scooter they are more for dirt bike who are on and off the throttle all the time in most cases on the scooter you are at full throttle or cruising at 1/4 to 1/2 throttle

I am using the 24mm oko with the malossi cast kit. 86 jetting I know super small compared to everyone on here. If I go up it starts to run like crap. The plug looks good and I premix at 40 to 1 . I get good kms per tank and at full throttle have only hit temps of 330. Im at loss. I previously did 1000km with the 80cc taiwanese bore on a 84 jet same carb and it ran fine. I don't know if I have missed something but I know others in my area with bbk running similar jet sizes.

How can this be???

Greetings:

A whopping-big Pilot can continue to supplement the Main even at higher engine speeds and throttle openings. OKOs are available with a variety of emulsion tubes - perhaps yours is a particularly rich one. But I suspect you have the Power-Jet version of the OKO 24. Confirm by a small segment of line from the bowl fitting to the carb body in front of the slide. Most U.S. OKO 24s have the feature omitted, but those that don't tend to put a BB in the line and then tune as for a "normal" OKO/Keihin carb. The Power Jet feature augments the main jet considerably. Since yours seems to work and run just fine, I wouldn't mess with a good thing. However nobody I've read about here has been able to tune properly around a Power Jet carb. Just lucky or very good tuning? I dunno, but leave it alone since it works.

Check the pic on the web it is power jet carb.
Cant say I have it tuned 100 percent but its running nice enough. How do you think they compare to other carbs? Is it worth getting the molossi carb?

Greetings:

No experience with Malossi or Dellorto mixers, but I've found it's possible to get the OKO/Keihin carbs running pretty clean. Nobody I know has had as good luck as you with the PowerJet active. If you want to experiment, stuff the line with a couple of BBs and retune without it to see if you can clean up the midrange, but sometimes it's good to leave well enough alone.
