maybe your clutch is like the clutch on a dio fit. It has an af18 motor but has a different clutch. You can change the clutch to an after market one.

the clutch and rear pulley is different thinking about it so you might as well change the whole rear pulley set up

ok well from this Japanese site, if you look down at clutch which reads
クラッチ形式 - it says there all the same right?

Babelfish - Dry multiple plate shoe systems

I would change the rear pulley and clutch. The clutch on the dio fit is held on to the rear pulley with a c-clip and not a threaded nut like other dios have.

ok i will have a look at this next week on my day off. Do they make aftermarket rear pulleys?

C-clip? please explain? Does this mean its easier?

the pulleys can be after market or stock but they are basically the same which uses a threaded nut to hold the clutch in. It's the clutch whether stock or aftermarket where the shoe springs can be changed.

the pic on the left is a stock rear pulley. the one on the right is the stock rear pulley from the dio fit and actually the dio fit pulley looks alot larger like a zx rear pulley.
