Yeah what does the clutch bell look on that motor you got from me?hrnytrtlsgsxr wrote:maybe your clutch is like the clutch on a dio fit. It has an af18 motor but has a different clutch. You can change the clutch to an after market one.

this is the whole rear pulley set up that came off a dio fit motor(af18)
here is the motor in the center that 03xrs brought in for me from japan. It's the one in the middle with the shroud
godd d*** you are always wrong.
I would change the rear pulley and clutch. The clutch on the dio fit is held on to the rear pulley with a c-clip and not a threaded nut like other dios have.BigWillieStyles wrote:ok well from this Japanese site, if you look down at clutch which reads
クラッチ形式 - it says there all the same right?

the pulleys can be after market or stock but they are basically the same which uses a threaded nut to hold the clutch in. It's the clutch whether stock or aftermarket where the shoe springs can be changed.BigWillieStyles wrote:ok i will have a look at this next week on my day off. Do they make aftermarket rear pulleys?
C-clip? please explain? Does this mean its easier?
