I am not sure how much to charge. They take me about 2 hours per set right now but I am sure I can cut that in half once I get the hang of it.

How much do you guys think is fair for a set of 6 american made rollers?

I would go with some pretty light rollers in the old superman setup if you are doing a street setup

That pg pipe is gonna want some revs in it before it really kicks in.

Thanks, do you think like 3-4 grams each type of light?

Not too light or else the cvt will never shift.

what center spring are you going to use?

1k or 1.5k is enuff for ant street setup.

shoot for between 32-42 grams total

Thanks for the info traffic. I will be using a 1.5k spring for the belt tension I think. I have a 1k, 1.5k, and a 2k. Would the 2k be too much?

Greetings:

There have been reports of the +2K spring breaking the rims of the rear pulleys off their hubs. Heavier weights are reqiured to balance against the increased force. Even then, the engine revs up very quickly whenever the throttle is decreased and re-applied. Great for hare-and-hounds around tight tracks, but not so good for street cruisiing. I had a 1.5, then a 1.0, finally settled on a Branded 1.2K center spring. Works for me anyway. About 32 grams for a WOT RPM around 10,200.

Thanks wheels, I like your ride.. Thats what forced me to drive 8 hours to get my red one and 1000.00 on top for the scooter! Well worth it.
