Check the reeds first since its the easiest. If its ok then check the seal on the variator side then pull the mag if the variator side is good. Thae way you explain what's going on sounds like a very bad intake leak that could be coming from those areas. Check that oil injector and make sure that's not leaking too. While your at inspect the seam on the block where is comes together for a crack. Any of those can suck and blow air out.

finally got a chance to take everything apart and take a look.
reeds look good, vari looks good, oil injector is good, seam on block loods good... is it possible that someone might have sent me the wrongs size piston?
I mean i know the 46mm bore lost compression do to it getting to hot. but even after that happened i had 115psi w/ that bore. now w/ the 51mm bore i have 65psi.
If the piston was not the right size, you will know right away. On your last bore, you notice how tight the clearance was between the piston and cylinder wall. If the 51 bore had a smaller piston, you would see a big difference. A 1/2mm in size the piston would be able to rock around in the cylinder. If you really want to make sure, get a digital caliper and measure the outside diametmer of the piston and the inside diameter of the cylinder. The difference should be between .011-.018in

Yeah. i'm not saying it is smaller. it just seems weird that i had 115psi w/ the 46mm bore after the seize and i put the 51mm on and have 65psi. i'm just stumped.
